Fix-It Friday

Here we are and another week has gone by. I actually can't believe its Friday right now, but I'm all messed up since I just went on a trip. Not only do I have my days messed up, I have my weeks messed up. I have been looking ahead toward things we have in March and totally lost a week somehow. Oops.

Before and After

I have been neglecting this blog, I'm really sorry! I just don't have much to report on. Same thing, different day...

Anyway. Monica at Pixel Perfect started a blog hop to showcase before and after photos. The first picture is SOOC (straight out of camera) and the second is with edits. I have been also been neglecting my camera over the last week, so I went back to some snowy pictures I took in January to work with.

Using PSE I cropped it a bit, rounded the edges, moved the levels a bit and brightened it up. I also added a very light crackle texture. I'm not sure I love this edit, but its definitely better than the original...

I didn't do any cropping. I lightened the shadows on this adorable girls face, made her eyes sparkle a little, and added the texture to the background.
